Why this stretch
Urse sits in Maval, between Talegaon and Lonavala, where the ground opens out into valley rather than more township. Chakan's industrial belt and Talegaon MIDC are on one side; the Hinjawadi–Wakad corridor is on the other.
For anyone working in Hinjawadi or Talawade, it is a reverse commute against the main flow. For a weekend house, it is closer than Lonavala and reached without leaving the Expressway.
