This website is operated by a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent and authorised channel partner (registration A52100045002) of the developer of the Vaarivana project. It is not an official website of Pharande Spaces or of the Vaarivana project. It exists to give interested buyers information and to pass their enquiries to the developer's sales team.
The information here is indicative
- Prices, areas, plot sizes, specifications, amenities, distances and availability are shared as received from the developer, and are subject to change without notice.
- Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind.
- All images are architectural renders and artist impressions for representation. The completed property may differ.
- Distances and travel times are approximate and vary with route, traffic and mode of transport.
- Availability of any particular villa or plot is not guaranteed at any price or at any time.
Before you pay any amount, verify every detail against the developer's own documents, the sanctioned plans and the MahaRERA portal at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. Rely on the registered agreement, not on this website.

By submitting your name and mobile number you consent to being contacted by us and by the Developer's authorised sales team by telephone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email in connection with the Vaarivana project. This consent operates notwithstanding any registration you may hold under the DNC or NDNC registry. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@vaarivana.in.
